ID Badge pictures will be taken on the following dates from 8:00am - 12:00pm at the Harris County Administration Building, 1001 Preston, Houston, Texas 77002, 2nd Floor Conference Room, for all new Motor Vehicle Title Services Owners and Runners whose licenses expire on the dates below.
