Because web browsers can vary in the way that they interpret HTML code, for best printing results you may have to adjust the page setup on your browser. Here are some basic guidelines to printing the Request for Written Statement:

• Click File;
• Click Page Setup
• Remove any header, footer, URL, title or date information.
• Set the left, right, top and bottom margins to 0.50.
• Select "portrait" orientation
• Click OK.

Remember, these are merely suggestions for printing. You may have to make further adjustments to make an acceptable print.
